1. Who we are
This site is operated by KidsFunLearnClub, a family-run educational publisher based in Dubai, UAE. The site is run by Sawan Kumar (technical lead) and his son Parikshet More (creator, age 11). For privacy questions, write to roy.sawan@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
From parents who buy a course or download a freebie
- Parent's first name
- Parent's email address
- Country (auto-detected from your IP, used for analytics only)
- Payment information — handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
From everyone who visits the site
- Pages viewed, time on page, device type, country (Google Analytics 4)
- Anonymised IP address
- Cookies set by Google, YouTube embeds, and our own session storage
From children
Children do not need an account to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child enrols in our course, we collect only the parent's contact details.
3. How we use it
- Send you the freebie or course you signed up for
- Send course session reminders, recordings, and weekly summaries
- Process payments and send receipts
- Improve the site and content (aggregated analytics only)
- Reply to support requests
4. Who we share it with
We share data with these processors only — and only to deliver the service you asked for:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
- Google Analytics 4 — site traffic statistics
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — email automation and CRM
- YouTube (Google) — video embeds; cookies set by YouTube are governed by Google's policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to advertisers, brokers, or anyone else.
5. Children's privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
This site is not directed at children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information. We follow the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR provisions for minors. The course is purchased and managed by parents — children do not create accounts, do not submit forms, and do not enter personal information.
If you believe a child has submitted information to us by mistake, email roy.sawan@gmail.com and we will delete it within 72 hours.
6. Cookies
We use these cookies:
- Essential — keep you logged in to the course area, remember form state.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (anonymised IP, sampling enabled).
- Embeds — YouTube and Stripe set their own cookies when you interact with their widgets.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but some features (course progress tracking, embedded videos) may not.
7. How long we keep it
- Course customers: as long as your account is active, plus 7 years for tax records (UAE accounting law).
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 14 months (Google's default), aggregated and anonymised.
8. Your rights
If you live in the EU, UK, or a region with similar laws, you can ask us to:
- See what data we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Stop us using it for marketing
- Receive your data in a portable format

9. Security
The site runs on HTTPS. Payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Customer data is stored on encrypted infrastructure. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
10. International transfers
We are based in the UAE. Data may be processed in the United States (Google, Stripe), India, and the EU. By using this site, you consent to these transfers under the GDPR's standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top and email everyone on our list at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
