Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 April 2026 · We don't believe in trapping unhappy customers.

The promise: 14 days from your cohort's first session — if your child watches the first two sessions and it's not a fit, email us and we refund 100%. No forms, no exit interview, no guilt-trip. Just an email.

1. AI Adventures for Kids — paid course

The 14-day refund window

You have 14 days from the date your cohort's first live session airs to request a full refund. (Not 14 days from when you enrolled — we count from the cohort start, since enrollment can be weeks earlier.)

What we ask

That's it. No "give us another chance" call, no survey, no clever delay tactics.

How fast we process it

After day 14

Once the window closes, refunds are at our discretion. If something genuinely went wrong (technical issues, a session you couldn't access despite trying, etc.), email us anyway — we want to make it right.

The PDF is delivered instantly. Because you've already accessed the content, we don't refund the standalone guide — but if you refund the main course within the 14-day window, we'll refund the bundled $17 too.

4. Free downloads (AI Activity Pack, etc.)

These are free. Nothing to refund. If you don't want them anymore, unsubscribe from the email list using the link at the bottom of any email — we delete your details within 30 days.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Stripe charges us a fee on every chargeback (regardless of outcome) and most disputes can be resolved with a 2-line email. Our refund window is generous specifically so you don't need to fight us through your bank.

6. EU / UK statutory rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period under consumer protection law. Our refund window honors that. By starting the course (watching session 1), you accept that we have begun delivering the digital service — but our policy refunds you anyway, all the way to day 14, even if you've watched all of session 1 and 2.

7. Currency & conversion

We charge in USD via Stripe. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method. Currency conversion losses (because of exchange rate changes between the purchase and refund date) are handled by your bank and not by us.
