1. The deal
By using kidsfunlearnclub.co, signing up for our newsletter, downloading freebies, or buying our course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who we are
KidsFunLearnClub is operated by Sawan Kumar, sole proprietor, based in Dubai, UAE. The creative content is produced with his son Parikshet More. Contact: roy.sawan@gmail.com.
3. Free content (1,900+ tutorials, blog, YouTube)
- You may view, print, and use our free tutorials for personal and family use.
- Teachers may use them in classrooms — please credit kidsfunlearnclub.co.
- You may not republish them on other websites, repackage them as paid products, or claim them as your own work.
4. Paid course (AI Adventures for Kids)
What you get
- 8 live online sessions with Parikshet
- 12 months access to recordings of those sessions
- The bonus pack: AI Activity Pack, Parent Guide, project templates, certificate
What you can do with course material
- Watch with one household / immediate family
- Print downloadable resources for your child's personal use
- Show recordings to siblings or co-parents in the same household
What you can't do
- Share login credentials with other households
- Re-record, repost, or rebroadcast the live sessions
- Resell, sublicense, or use the material for commercial training
- Strip our branding, claim authorship, or feed the content to AI for training
5. Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We charge in USD. You may receive a refund under our Refund Policy — 14 days from the first session of your cohort, no questions asked.
6. Children using the site
- The site is intended for parents and educators. Kids may browse and watch tutorials, but should do so with adult supervision.
- Course enrollment is by parents only. The parent is the account holder.
- For ages 9-11 we recommend a parent be in the same room during live sessions.
7. AI tools we discuss
The course discusses third-party AI tools (Bing Image Creator, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.). You and your child use those tools under their own terms of service. We are not responsible for content generated by those tools. Many of those services have their own minimum-age requirements (typically 13 or 18 with parental consent) — please check before letting your child sign up.
8. User behaviour
While using the site or live sessions you agree not to:
- Harass, bully, or use inappropriate language toward Parikshet, Sawan, or other students
- Share inappropriate content (sexual, violent, hateful)
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or videos
- Impersonate someone else
We can suspend or remove access without refund for serious violations.
9. Intellectual property
All site content (text, videos, drawings, course materials, the SUPER prompt framework, the Parikshet character and likeness) is owned by KidsFunLearnClub. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described in these terms.
10. Third-party links
We sometimes link to AI tools, art supplies, books, or other resources. These are provided for your information. Some may be affiliate links, where we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we have personally tested.
11. Disclaimers
- The site is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't guarantee perfection.
- The course teaches AI literacy. We don't guarantee specific outcomes (grades, job prospects, etc.).
- AI tools change rapidly. Some features we teach may be modified or removed by the AI provider.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KidsFunLearnClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or course. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dubai. If you live in a region with mandatory consumer protection rights (EU, UK, etc.), nothing here removes those rights.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll email registered customers and post a notice on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.
