Step-by-Step: Drawing a F-15 Paper Airplane! How To Make An Amazing Paper …
Step 1: Draw the Full Rectangle
Start with a long rectangle for the sheet of paper — wider than tall, like a standard A4 sheet lying on its side.
Step 2: Add the Centre Fold Line
Draw a dashed line down the exact middle of the rectangle from left to right. This shows where the paper is folded in half.
Step 3: Draw the First Corner Fold
On the top-right area, draw a diagonal fold line from the top-right corner down to the centre-right edge. This is the first fold you'd make in real life.
Step 4: Add the Wing Shape
Draw the main wing outline — a long, swept-back triangle shape going from the nose on the left out to the right wingtip. The underside of the wing should slope gently.
Step 5: Show the Second Wing
Add the bottom wing as a mirror of the top, but slightly hidden below. Show just the tip peeking out below the main wing line.
Step 6: Draw the Nose Point
At the very left tip, draw a sharp, pointed nose. Add a small shadow line underneath the nose fold to show depth.
Step 7: Add Speed Lines
To show the plane in motion, draw three or four horizontal lines to the right of the plane — getting shorter as they go right. This classic trick makes it look like the plane is flying fast.
Step 8: Add Fold Details
Draw thin lines across the wing surface to show where the paper has been folded. Add a slight shadow under the main body fold.
Colouring Your F-15 Paper Airplane! How To Make An Amazing Paper …
Paper airplanes are white — but make it look 3D! Add light grey shading on the underside of the wings. You can add coloured stripes or a star on the wing to make it your own.
Tips from Parikshet
