- A pencil
- An eraser

- Colouring pencils or felt-tips for skin, hair and clothes
How to Draw a Cartoon Girl Step by Step
- Draw a rounded oval for the face, a little wider at the top than the bottom.
- Add two big eyes about halfway down, with eyelashes, then a tiny curved nose and a smiling mouth.
- Draw the hair framing the face — try a bob, a ponytail or two plaits — making it puff out around the head.
- Add a short curved neck and two sloping shoulders below the face.
- Draw a simple dress or a top, widening out into a skirt or trousers.
- Add two arms with little hands, and two legs with shoes at the bottom.
