A golf bag is the tall bag that holds all of a golfer's clubs — and with the club heads poking out the top, it makes a neat and satisfying object to draw. Parikshet shows you how to draw a golf bag step by step.
🖍️ What You Need
- Pencil and eraser
- Ruler
- Red or blue markers for the bag
- Grey and brown for the clubs
- Black pen for outlines
How to Draw a Golf Bag Step by Step
- Draw the bag body — a tall, slightly curved cylinder shape, standing upright. The golf bag is taller than it is wide.
- Add the top opening — an oval opening at the top of the bag where the clubs go in.
- Draw the clubs poking out — several club shafts (thin lines) rising from the top opening at slightly different heights, with different club heads (a rounded driver, flat irons, a putter).
- Add pockets — a few pockets on the side of the bag for golf balls, tees, and gloves.
- Draw the strap — a shoulder strap for carrying the bag.
- Add a stand (optional) — two little legs that fold out to stand the bag up on the course.
- Add details — a towel hanging from the side, and a brand label.
- Colour — a bright bag colour (red, blue, or green), with grey-and-brown clubs poking out.
🌟 Did You Know?
A golfer is allowed to carry a maximum of 14 clubs in their bag during a round, each designed for a different type of shot — from long-distance 'drivers' to short 'putters' used on the green. Golf bags can be carried on the back, pulled on a trolley, or strapped to a golf buggy. Professional golfers often have a 'caddie' whose job is to carry the bag and give advice!
