- Pencil and eraser
- Black fine-liner
- Yellow, red and brown colouring pencils
How to Draw Pikachu Step by Step
- Draw a slightly squashed circle for Pikachu's head.
- Add two long pointed ears on top, like rabbit ears.
- Draw two big round eyes with a shine dot, a tiny nose and a wide open smile.
- Add two round rosy cheeks — these are where Pikachu stores electricity.
- Below the head draw a small rounded body with short arms and legs.
- Draw the famous lightning-bolt zig-zag tail behind the body.
- Outline everything in black and rub out pencil marks.
- Colour Pikachu yellow, the cheeks red, and the ear tips and back stripes brown.
