An introduction to a tiny chef with a big dream — to show every child that healthy food can be the most fun food of all.

The Story

Hello, world. Meet Chef Parikshet. He is small in size, but very big on flavour. He believes every child deserves food that tastes brilliant AND helps them grow strong.

His kitchen is full of colour. Red tomatoes, yellow corn, green spinach, orange carrots and purple grapes. "Eat the rainbow," he always says.

One day, his little cousin Tara visited and refused her dinner. "Veggies are boring," she pouted, pushing her plate away.

Chef Parikshet did not argue. He simply led her into the kitchen and handed her a tiny apron. "Help me make our dinner together," he said with a wink.

They washed, chopped, mixed and tasted. Tara grated cheese, sprinkled salt, and tore lettuce with her own hands. She did not even notice she was working with vegetables.

When dinner was ready, Tara ate every single bite of HER plate. She looked up and beamed. "Can we cook again tomorrow?" she asked. Chef Parikshet's heart felt as warm as the kitchen.

🌟 The Moral

Children love food they help to make. The kitchen is a magical place to teach taste, confidence and love.
