🎨 What You Need

  • One sheet of A4 paper (80gsm is ideal)
  • A flat clean surface

How to Fold the F-15 Paper Jet

  1. Fold in half lengthways — A4 paper folded along its long edge, then open back up to see the centre crease.
  2. Top corners in — fold the top two corners down to meet the centre crease, forming a pointed triangle.
  3. Fold the triangle down — fold the pointy triangle downwards so the tip sits about 3cm above the bottom edge.
  4. Corners in again — fold the new top corners in to meet the centre crease, but leave a small triangle of the first fold sticking out at the bottom.
  5. Fold the small triangle up — this locks the previous folds in place; it becomes the nose.
  6. Fold in half — fold the whole jet in half along the original centre crease, so the nose is on the outside.
  7. Fold down the wings — fold each wing down so the top edge meets the bottom edge, creating the swept-back shape.
  8. Add tail fins — bend up the back corners of each wing to form small vertical fins, F-15 style.
