How to Draw a Pop It Step by Step

  1. Decide on a shape for your pop it — a square, circle, heart or flower. Today we will draw a simple square pop it.
  2. Use your ruler to draw a square with rounded corners in the middle of your paper.
  3. Inside the square, lightly pencil a grid of 5 rows and 5 columns. These will become the bubbles.
  4. In each grid square, draw a small circle. Make them all the same size for a neat finish.
  5. Inside every circle, add a tiny crescent shape on the top-left to show a shiny highlight.
  6. Outline the outer square and every bubble with your fine-liner.
  7. Erase the grid lines carefully, leaving only the circles inside the rounded square.
  8. Colour each bubble a different rainbow shade, starting with red on the top row and ending with purple on the bottom row.
