🎨 What You Need

How to Turn the Number 5 into an Apple

  1. Write a big number 5 — about half the height of your page, with a flat top and rounded bottom.
  2. Round the top — curve the flat top of the 5 so it becomes a soft dome shape.
  3. Close the side — draw a matching curve on the right side of the 5, connecting the top to the bottom curl.
  4. Form the apple body — you should now have a rounded apple-shaped outline made from the original number.
  5. Add the stem — a small brown rectangle on the top centre of the apple.
  6. Draw a leaf — a pointed oval next to the stem, with a vein line down the middle.
